Laurence Curiel is an attorney at law and member of the Paris Bar, with a post-graduate degree in business law. She has helped define teaching syllabuses on corporate law, as well as French and international commercial law (financial collateral, trust, etc.). Laurence Curiel was previously an associate with a major Paris law firm, where she applied her expertise to renowned French and International companies.

Laurence Curiel manages the law firm, which comprises employees and a network of specialists (lawyers, teacher-consultants) in all areas of business law in major capitals of Europe, Asia and the United States.

The firm’s transversal approach allows it to analyze its clients’ legal issues from a global economic perspective. The firm also maintains a close client relationship in order to combine the responsiveness and efficiency that business law necessitates.
